Wellbeing and Care
Supporting every child wholly — emotionally, physically, and personally.
A child who is seen, heard, and valued will
always find the courage to grow.
Caring for the mind, body, and heart is
not an addition to learning—it’s at the core of it.
A Foundation of Care, Connection, and Support
At ProEd Global School, we believe that education is most impactful when the whole child is nurtured. Our commitment to wellbeing is woven into the daily experience of school life—from emotional support and physical development to specialist care tailored to each student’s needs.
Across both campuses, students benefit from a warm network of educators, therapists, and mentors who work together to ensure every learner feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether it’s through movement, mental health, or personalised learning support, we honour every child’s journey with empathy, collaboration, and intentional care.
Physical education and wellbeing
ProEd Global School Physical Education Curriculum

ProEd Global School Physical Education Curriculum
At ProEd Global School, Physical Education is much more than a subject; it’s an essential part of the student experience that extends well beyond the classroom. Our program is designed to promote active lifestyles, skill development, and overall well-being for all students. These sessions not only support physical growth, but also help students build confidence, resilience, and social connections.
Our curriculum is built on the six core strands of the Cambridge International Curriculum framework, ensuring a holistic approach to physical education that prepares students for lifelong participation in sports and fitness.
For the Physical Education sessions, Primary students and Upper Secondary students participate in two sessions a week, while Lower Secondary students have three sessions a week. Each class is conducted in a group setting and includes both individual and team-based activities, all led by our team of Physical Education teachers
Students from primary and secondary schools participate in a wide range of popular sports, including:
- Soccer
- Volleyball
- Basketball
- Futsal
- Handball
- Team Building Games
Our students also have the opportunity to participate in the BSSA (Bali School Sports Association), where we compete against other international schools in sports like Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Athletics, and Swimming.
These competitions provide an excellent platform for students of all ages to test their skills, foster a spirit of healthy competition, and represent our school with pride.
Every Sport and Fitness session is designed to be fun, inclusive, and empowering. Our Physical Education team works closely with other school specialists, including our occupational therapist and school counsellor, to ensure that individual needs are supported and integrated into the program. These collaborative efforts reinforce a sense of belonging and help every student find their place and shine.
Beyond physical development, Physical Education at ProEd Global School also nurtures social and emotional learning. Our teachers reinforce school values through sport, helping students build empathy, communication skills, and kindness—both on and off the field.

SUPPORT SERVICES
Tailored Support and Specialist Services

Tailored Support and Specialist Services
At ProEd Global School, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We are deeply committed to ensuring that all children — regardless of their individual learning styles, needs, or challenges — have access to a nurturing, accommodating environment where they can truly thrive.
We are proud to be the only school in Bali offering such a wide range of on-site support services and specialists at both our Umalas and Nuanu campuses. This comprehensive network allows us to provide thoughtful, timely, and responsive care where it’s needed most.
Our dedicated team includes counselors, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, learning support specialists, expert subject teachers, and Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCo). Together, they work in close collaboration with classroom teachers to ensure that each child receives personalized, compassionate support that nurtures both academic progress and emotional well-being.
We understand that every child is unique — and our role is to meet them where they are, with care and clarity. Whether a student benefits from academic guidance, emotional support, or specific therapies, we’re here to help them grow with confidence and dignity. By fostering this level of understanding and care, we empower our learners to succeed not only in the classroom, but in every part of their journey.
Support services are woven into the daily rhythm of school life, ensuring that students can remain in their classrooms as much as possible. Our specialists also co-teach or lead classroom sessions, making their expertise available not just to individual students, but to the wider school community.
Once a child’s needs have been identified by teachers or specialists, a tailored educational plan is created. This may include a combination of individual sessions, small group support, classroom-based interventions, or specialist-led lessons. Teachers may also receive targeted training and coaching, while families benefit from home support programs and indirect, consultative guidance—all working together to ensure every child receives the care and structure they need to thrive.
