I hope this message finds you well.

I am delighted to introduce myself to you as a Director of ProEd School, following Genius Group becoming the majority shareholder. Many of you will already be familiar with our Genius School vision — to ignite every child’s unique genius and to provide future-ready, personalized learning — and it is a privilege to now bring that vision more fully into the ProEd community.

I want to reassure you right from the start: we value what ProEd already is. You chose this school because of its caring culture, strong relationships with teachers, and its commitment to helping children thrive. We are not here to change what you love about the school — we are here to strengthen it.

As Director, I will be working closely with the Heads of School and the existing team to ensure continuity for your children, clear communication for families, and a steady pathway for growth. You can expect to see us adding opportunities over time, such as Genius hubs, camps, holiday camps, future-skills learning experiences, and, as we develop it further, our high school pathway here in Bali — all aligned with the ProEd ethos you already know.

Most importantly, our focus remains on your child’s daily experience: being known, feeling safe and supported, and progressing in their learning in ways that honour their individual strengths.

I look forward to meeting many of you in person over the coming weeks and hearing more about your hopes for the school and for your children.
