About Roger James Hamilton
Roger James Hamilton is the founder and CEO of Genius Group, He has focused on entrepreneurship education and wealth dynamics. Hamilton is known for creating ‘Wealth Dynamics’ and ‘Talent Dynamics,’ profiling tools used globally for entrepreneurs and teams. Through Genius Group and GeniusU, he advocates AI-powered learning and global entrepreneurial education to prepare individuals and organizations for the future economy.

What has changed at the school?
Genius Group has become the majority shareholder of ProEd School, and Angela (Angie) Stead has been appointed as Director. The existing school team remains in place
Why did ProEd join Genius School / Genius Group?
Both ProEd and Genius believe in personalised, strengths-based and future-ready education. Joining Genius gives our school access to wider programmes, global learning opportunities and stronger educator development.
Will my child’s teacher or class change?
No. Your child’s daily experience, classroom and teachers remain the same.
Are the Heads of School staying?
Yes. Our Heads of School continue to lead their areas and will be working closely with Angie to ensure continuity and quality.
What will the Director do?
As Director, Angie will support the leadership team, ensure the school maintains high standards, communicate with families, and help introduce new learning experiences such as camps and future-skills programmes.
Are you changing the school’s culture?
No. We know families chose ProEd for its caring, community-focused environment. Our intention is to protect what is working and enhance it — not replace it.
What new opportunities can we expect?
Over time, families may see:
- Genius and holiday camps
- Future-skills and entrepreneurial learning
- Development of a high school pathway in Bali
- These will be introduced gradually and aligned with the school’s ethos.
Will the curriculum change?
The core approach will remain. Enhancements will be layered in to support personalised learning and to prepare students for a rapidly changing world.
