As many of you know, over ten years ago I began a journey that would become one of the most meaningful experiences of my life — founding and leading what is now ProEd Global School, with our two beautiful campuses in Umalas and Nuanu.

From our earliest days as a small learning centre to the thriving, vibrant community we have today, this journey has only been possible because of the incredible people who have shared it with me. To our teachers, whose dedication and creativity bring learning to life every day; to our operations and support staff, who ensure our campuses run smoothly and with care; and to our parents, whose trust and partnership have guided our growth — I thank you from the bottom of my heart. And, of course, to our students, who are the heart and purpose of everything we do — you have been my greatest inspiration.

It has been the greatest privilege of my life to serve as the Director of this school and to have built something that I believe makes a real difference — something meaningful, lasting, and socially impactful for the communities of Umalas and Nuanu. What we have achieved together is nothing short of remarkable, and I am deeply proud of every milestone and moment we have shared.

As I now step away from my role as Director, I do so with immense gratitude and with full confidence in the school’s next chapter under the new majority shareholder, Genius Group, and the leadership of Angie Stead. I am delighted that the vision for ProEd – a caring, future-focused, student-centred school — will continue and be further strengthened.Thank you — each of you — for the support, trust, and care that have defined this community. It has been a true honour to grow and lead alongside you.  My children will continue to attend ProEd, and I will continue to support the school’s growth as a parent, advocate, and believer in its future.
