Role Overview
The Marketing Manager plays a vital role in strengthening the school’s brand presence, driving enrolment growth, and enhancing community engagement across two campuses. This role oversees marketing communication, digital strategy, events, and brand consistency to support the school’s mission and visibility locally and internationally.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in education or service industries.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across two campuses.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies for both campuses.

    • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

    • Create annual marketing and communication plans aligned with school goals.

  2. Brand Management and Visibility:

    • Maintain a consistent and high-quality brand identity across all channels.

    • Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, banners, videos, and digital assets.

    • Ensure branding reflects the school’s values, culture, and international standards.

  3. Digital Marketing and Communication:

    • Manage the school’s website, social media accounts, and online presence.

    • Create engaging content including articles, promotions, photo/video stories, and newsletters.

    • Monitor analytics and insights to optimize performance and engagement.

  4. Admission Support and Enrolment Growth:

    • Work closely with the admissions team to support student recruitment targets.

    • Design and execute promotional campaigns for open houses, school fairs, and enrolment drives.

    • Ensure smooth communication between marketing and admissions.

  5. Events and Community Engagements

    • Plan and manage school-wide events, community activities, and parent engagement programs.

    • Support student-related events with marketing coverage and promotional materials.

    • Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, communities, and media outlets.

  6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    • Track marketing KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.

    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the leadership team.

    • Use data insights to refine future marketing strategies.

  7. Collaboration and Stakeholder Relations:

    • Work with school leadership to align marketing initiatives with strategic objectives.

    • Coordinate with academic teams to promote school programs and student achievements.

    • Build strong relationships with parents, partners, and external vendors.
