The first week of Summer School 2026 at ProEd Global School was filled with curiosity, creativity, and plenty of memorable moments.
Throughout the week, students explored a variety of activities designed to keep them engaged during the holidays while encouraging them to try new things, meet new friends, and learn in different ways. From hands-on experiments and coding challenges to dance sessions and exciting excursions around Nuanu, every day brought something different.
Whether they were creating, building, moving, or exploring, students embraced each experience with enthusiasm and an eagerness to discover what was next.
Discovery Lab

Curiosity was everywhere during Discovery Lab, where students took on the role of little scientists.
Through a series of hands-on experiments, they explored basic chemistry and physical science concepts, observing reactions, investigating changes in matter, and discussing why certain outcomes occurred. Each activity encouraged students to make predictions, test ideas, and compare results with their classmates.
The sessions were filled with moments of surprise and discovery as students saw scientific concepts come to life right in front of them. More importantly, they learned that science begins with asking questions and being curious about how the world works.
Coding & Robotics

Week 1’s Coding programme introduced students to the exciting world of digital creation through two engaging themes: Digital Creators and Game Creators.
In Digital Creators, students explored coding through storytelling and creative play. They designed animated characters, experimented with interactive stories, and discovered how simple coding can bring ideas to life on a screen. There was plenty of excitement as students watched their creations move, react, and respond to the commands they had programmed themselves.
For those taking part in Game Creators, the challenge became even bigger. Using platforms such as Roblox Studio and Minecraft, students stepped into the role of game designers, building virtual environments, programming movement, and creating their own playable experiences. Along the way, they learned that successful game design often involves testing, adjusting, and trying again—a process that encouraged patience, problem-solving, and creativity.
Whether they were creating a character or building an entire digital world, students quickly discovered that coding is about much more than computers—it’s about turning ideas into something real.
Dance by Sol Studio
Throughout the week, students worked closely with the team from Sol Studio, taking part in a programme that combined structured dance training with creative exploration.
Each day introduced students to different styles and experiences, from the energy of Breakdance and Hip-Hop/Urban Flow to the expressive movement of Movie/Creative Dance and the precision of K-Pop Stage. Students also had the opportunity to experience Ecstatic Dance, encouraging them to move freely and connect with music in their own way.
As the week progressed, students collaborated, practised routines, and prepared for a final showcase. While learning new moves was certainly part of the experience, the programme was also about building confidence, working together, and having the courage to perform in front of others.
By the end of the week, students weren’t simply learning dance techniques—they were celebrating everything they had explored and created together.
Excursions: Art, Nature, and a Rare Encounter

One of the highlights of Week 1 was the opportunity to learn beyond the classroom through a series of excursions around Nuanu. Each destination offered students a different way to explore, observe, and engage with the world around them.
At Nuanu Art Village, students stepped into a creative environment where art, technology, and imagination come together. Surrounded by innovative installations and inspiring spaces, they were encouraged to see creativity from new perspectives and discover how ideas can take shape in many different forms.
Nature took centre stage during the visit to Magic Garden, where students explored a living ecosystem filled with butterflies, orchids, and fascinating plant life. The experience encouraged them to slow down, observe closely, and develop a deeper appreciation for the natural world.
For many students, the visit to Alpha Wolf Lodge was an unforgettable experience. Through safe, expert-guided observation, they had the rare opportunity to learn about and observe a real wolf pack. The encounter sparked plenty of questions and conversations, giving students a unique glimpse into the behaviour and social dynamics of these remarkable animals.
What’s Coming in the Weeks Ahead
Week 1 was just the beginning. Our Summer School continues all the way through to 24 July 2026, with each week bringing a fresh mix of programmes across our three tracks: Discovery, Sports & Adventure, and Creative.
Coming up: Sewing Workshop, — along with a visit to Pacha Alpaca Park, where students get to meet and bond with gentle alpacas in one of Bali’s most beautifully designed spaces.
Whether your child thrives in a lab, on a stage, with a needle and thread, or somewhere quietly watching wolves, there’s a week waiting for them.
Spots are still available for Weeks 2–6. We’d love to have your family join us for the rest of the summer.
