Frequently Asked Questions
What age groups are the camps for?
All Summer School programmes are designed for children aged 6 to 12. Some specialist programmes (such as Surfing and Survival Camp) have their own minimum age requirements. Full details are in the Summer School Booklet.
Can my child attend multiple weeks or different tracks?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. You can mix and match tracks each week. Many families book 2–4 weeks to give their child a variety of experiences throughout the summer.
What happens if a programme is cancelled due to low enrolment?
We will notify you as early as possible if any programme cannot go ahead. We will offer a full refund or a transfer to an alternative programme of equal value.
Is lunch included?
Lunch is available as an optional add-on at Rp 60,000 per day. The Genius Cafe will be running during camp weeks, offering healthy, nutritionist-designed meals with options for all dietary requirements. The menu will be shared closer to the camp start date.
Are the field trips included in the camp fees?
Mini field trips to the Magic Garden, Pacha Alpaca Park, Alpha Wolf Lodge, and Luna Beach Club are included in select programmes and weeks. You’ll receive a full schedule with field trip details upon booking.
What is the free camp voucher for school enrolments?
Families who commit to enrolling their child at ProEd Global School for the 2026–27 academic year are eligible for one complimentary Summer Camp week. Contact our admissions team for details.

Yes! We welcome families visiting or relocating to Bali from around the world. We currently have interest from families based in South Korea, China, and across Europe. Contact us directly for tailored arrangements for visiting families.
